files were deleted by a colleague - now they are gone on all collaborators

Good evening
I am the owner of our box file system with a collaborator with editor access
She deleted all box files from her remote pc
But now all the shared files are also deleted from other collaborators and my pc
We have tried to find these files in her box trash as well as pc trash with no success
Help - we have lost everything

Can you go login to your Box account in Box.com on a browser and check your Trash for these deleted items?
If you own these files, you can recover them in your Box Trash and use the filter within trash to make this a little easier for you.
You can filter Box Trash content by 'Items I deleted' and 'Items I own'.
- The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.
- The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.
Filtering by "Items I Own" is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.
