Folders not visible to all employees
AnsweredWe are creating folders and saving files but not everyone can see the folders/files. Its random and not the same people every time.

The issue is this: There are times where someone is creating a new folder and/or saving documents and other employees do not see it. We have tried restarting, logging out and back in, waiting. There is no rhyme or reason to this. We have tested it ourselves with different folders and with people with different access levels and its never consistent.
