Box space error
AnsweredMy team and I have been having issues with an error that says we cannot upload files due to the lack of space, even though the storage shown in our accounts is not near at the limit.
We need to upload the files to the platform but keep getting this error.

Error message related to account storage issue in many cases is linked to the user who owns the folder where files are being uploaded.
You may need to reach out to the owner of the folder so they can check on their Account settings if they have enough storage to accommodate more files or may need to delete files to free up some spaces or upgrade their account should they need more storage.
