    If you need to restore a folder you own or you deleted, please login to your account in Box.com using a web browser then go to "Trash" found on the left side navigation menu of your account.

    The items within Box Trash can be filtered to 'Items I Own or Items I Deleted:

    • The Items I deleted filter displays all items you have deleted, regardless of who created or owns the item.
    • The Items I own filter displays all deleted items you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

    Filtering by Items I Own is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.

    Hi Support I'm connecting to this conversation because my issue is related to the one you're responding to! I'm using the Free User Account on Mobile. I accidentally deleted a Folder, and I'm trying to Log Into my Box Account through the Browser, so as to Restore my Folder from the Trash! I've tried to Log into my Box Website Account in vain, or rather I don't see the Trash Folder on the Left Hand Side Navigation Column! Please assist me to solve this complication as soon as possible. Thanks.
