    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    We have seen this message if a file has been flagged through Box Shield. I'll include a few links here to help understand how Box Shield works and specifically how the Malware Detection functionality flags threats.

    In order to flag this file as safe, you can have your Box Admin navigate to the Admin Console > Shield > Dashboard and they can investigate the rule that flagged the file, and if internal investigation shows the file as safe, they can mark it as such in this dashboard.
