Unable to Create a box account
AnsweredWe are working with a company with a box account and when they send us an invite to connect to box. When we we receive the invite clicking continue leads me to a "you don't have an account" and clicking sign up leads me to a "reset password" when we click reset password no email comes from box. Can you please help resolve this issue?

Have you checked your spam/ junk email folder for the password reset email from Box?

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I agree my account works fine and I enjoy the way it works and I am not hoping to change that part. My issue is I am a project manager and I am trying to add people to the box folder structure and anyone who works for Jacobs gets the following:
When Jacobs employees who don’t have existing box accounts getting the following when they are invited to box:
clicking continue leads them to a "you don't have an account" and clicking sign up leads them to a "reset password". However, they never receive the reset password. Nothing shows up in junk mail or the quarantine folder.
The people I am trying to add can establish an account. Please help
