    The error you received refers to your local storage and is not referring to the Box storage.

    If you are using a Box Desktop app such as Box Drive, to set proper expectation, Box Drive only caches files that you opened locally. If you are trying to upload files to Box Drive and it is not yet complete, files are being stored in your local storage temporarily. Once the files are uploaded successfully, they will be removed in your local storage and will be saved online.

    Can you check your local harddrive and try to free up some spaces to accommodate the files that you are attempting to save or upload?
