Box on Mac OS will sync single files but not folders
AnsweredBox app on my Mac will sync single files added through Finder but will not sync folders. It won't even let me create *EMPTY folders* from my Mac but I can do whatever I want through Chrome and the iOS app.
Box and 'Box Autoupdater' have full disk access in my security settings. Whenever I try, I get error messages saying "File is Classified and cannot be downloaded.", even for the empty folders.

Hi Dan,
Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.
Would this be on Box Drive or Box Sync?
Here is a list of links that will help and guide you with these Box Tools troubleshooting.

Hi,The problem is with Box Drive, I don’t use Sync. It’s installed on a MacBook with the M1 Max architecture and running in File Provider Extension mode.
I’ve looked through that support page and I’ve tried the manual resets multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled Box Drive at least 5 times and nothing has helped.
It just seems so bizarre to me that I can upload whatever I want *one* file at a time, but when it comes to folders, I can’t even upload an *empty* folder. What could possibly be causing that?
By the way, I can upload folders just fine through the browser interface and on my iPhone.
