Admin Console has disappeared
AnsweredI've had the same Box account for years with no issues. Recently, my Admin Console has disappeared from my dashboard. Any clue how to recover this?

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I've checked your profile in this post, and I see its an Individual Personal Lite Box. Personal Lite accounts do not have access to the Admin Console as this feature is only available to Starter, Business and higher subscription.
If you previously are able to access the Admin Console, it may have been on a different account. I would suggest checking your other email account's inbox for any confirmation of your subscription to one of the account types that I have mentioned.

I've carefully checked and none of the accounts mentioned are linked to a Starter, Business or Enterprise account.
If you've signed up for any paying Business or Enterprise Box, but is not sure which account that plan is linked to, please reach out to our billing team at billing@box.com with your receipt so the team can help look it up.
