    This message typically appears if the folder you are trying to restore is a large folder and still in the process of being deleted. I would suggest to give it more time to complete the initial operation took place before restoring it

    Also if you wish to check the status of the operation, you may reach out to our support team and they can give you an update on what is happening with the items you wanted tor recover. If you need to submit a ticket, you may open one here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (you must be logged in to an account with paid subscription if order to open a ticket)
