Files not syncing
AnsweredAria or to whom it may concern,
we have shared box sync folder and all end-users are experiencing files not syncing on the shared drive. Our box sync folder currently contains ~114,532 files and 37.6gigabites of server capacity used at this time. may you help me understand how to submit a ticket with product support on your site so we may resolve this issue?

I'm really sorry to hear that you are having issues syncing folders thru Box Sync. Have you and your co-users checked if there are any errors syncing on your local machine? Here is how you can check:
- PC: click on the blue Box Sync icon in your Windows System Tray
- Mac: click on the 'b' icon in your top menu bar
You should see 'files synced' at the top if all of the content marked for sync on Box.com is successfully synced.
If you see 'error syncing # files' please click on that and it will generate a pop up listing the ignored files and the specific error message. This article also walks through each error message and potential troubleshooting steps.
Regarding the ability to submit a support ticket, I've checked your profile, and it looks like you are part of a Box organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
Kindly reach out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this and should a ticket needs to be submitted, your primary contact to Box may submit one on your behalf.
