Unable to change enterprise settings

I cannot remove box logo from embed url, even when the option is already disable. I using personal plan.
How to do this works?

I see that you are on a Starter plan and having issue removing the Box logo for Embed Widget despite the option being already disabled.
This would be something our Product Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.
