Reactivate deactivated accounts
AnsweredI'm the admin of our joined box account, and I'm unable to add certain email addresses because I get the error message 'accounts are deactivated'. These users are trying to reactive their accounts (as described via de support page), but are unable to.
Could you please look into this problem together with me?
