Invitation to a de-activated user
AnsweredI am trying to send an e-mail invitation to an external collaberator and I am getting the following error message:
Can't invite deactivated user to collaborate.

This message happens if you try to invite to collaborate an email address that is linked to a deactivated Box account.
Kindly have the owner of this email address reach out to billing@box.com for assistance in reactivating their account.
