Storage shows near full but my data is > 1/10th my capacity
AnsweredMy account shows I'm using 9.8 of my 10GB, but my files only add up to less than 500MB, and I keep getting the msg that I need to upgrade my space. Can you correct this please?

Yes I saw that, but it's preventing me from using the storage in my account. If they can't clear it up for me, I will be moving on to another service. I won't go for the bait and switch to try and get me to pay for an upgrade. Which is a bummer because I've been really happy with the service.
