Notifications
CompletedI am having never-ending problems with notifications. Yes, I've contacted customer support, yes I've checked my settings, and yes I've read community posts. I do not receive notifications when someone uploads something to Box that I need to review for my job. I used to get a little red circle with the number of items that need my attention (by the bell). Now, I don't. The last time I tried to remedy this, Box logged me out and I couldn't work for two days. Speaking to an actual human, rather than writing these messages, which take at least 24 hours to respond to would be ... awesome. I had a case, the case was closed and problem is not fixed.
