What is the most efficient method of removing a shared user from multiple folders they have access to
AnsweredWe need to a remove a user who has access to nearly 100 separate shared folders. What is the best way to do this? Would I need to remove this person from each folder one-by-one?

Hi Michael,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
If you would like to remove a collaborator from shared folders that you own, you can do this following these steps:
- Click your display profile on the right side
- Choose "Collaborators"
- You will then see the list of all users you are collaborating with,
- Locate the user's name
- Hover your cursor to the user's name and you will see a button to "Remove" at the end of his name
- If you click this button, a pop-up message will appear if you wish to confirm removing the user as a collaborator from all the folders you own
