Can't create notes with Firefox
AnsweredNo matter what I do, I am not able to create new box notes from within a box folder using Firefox. It always tells me that it has lost connection (see screenshot).
I am able to create notes with no trouble using Chrome or the desktop app, but never Firefox. This is cumbersome, because I am usually working in Firefox.
I have disabled all my browser extensions, but I am not sure what else to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue creating Box Notes via Firefox. Have you made sure to update your Firefox to the latest version?
Also, upon checking it looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
I strongly recommend reaching out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this. Should they require further assistance from Box Support, you Primary contact person to Box can always submit a ticket on your behalf to investigate on this.
