    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    If you are no longer able to access a shared link that is owned by someone who left your company, you will have to reach out to the your Box Admin that was managing that account to restore the content you need access to or the account that owns the content and have it transferred to an active member of your organization to continue your access.
