My log-in email is being changed on the password prompt page
AnsweredI have 2 Box accounts each with a different email (work and personal). When I enter my work email on the sign in page and click "next", it says "Signing in as <personal address>?". I can't sign in to the work account.
It happens if I'm using Firefox, but on Chrome I can sign in correctly to each account. I tried using a Private Firefox window, but that still has the same problem. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've never seen this on any website before. Thanks!

This sounds like an issue more on your browser rather than Box. Do you have the latest Firefox installed?
Can you try clearing your browser cache and disable extensions/ plugins then try your login again and let us know how it goes?
