User password reset failure
AnsweredI work for a contractor and we use box to share drawings between our engineering team and the field. One Field member logged out of his box account and couldn't remember his passwords. I think he might have max out the sign in attempts because now when i go the "Reset Password" route he doesn't receive the emails. I've had a similar situation before where this happened but box admin most manually unlock the email.
please help!

I'm sorry to hear that your colleague is having issue with his logins to Box. To assist on this, can you please have the affected user report this and go to Support.box.com > click 'Support' > Contact Support > They will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here.". They need to fill out the form with the details of their account login issue and someone from the team will reach out to look into the issue.
