Authenticator App
AnsweredI have an employee that is trying to login, but it's asking for the code from authenticator. They never set this up.
Can we get the QR code or setup key to link this?

I'm sorry to hear that your colleague is having issue with his logins to Box. To assist on this, can you please have the affected user report this and go to Support.box.com > click 'Support' > Contact Support > They will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here.". They need to fill out the form with the details of their account login issue and someone from the team will reach out to look into the issue.
