I cant watch the files that I received?
AnsweredI received the files but I cant watch them on my laptop, I can watch them on my iPhone but not laptop, I emails the box but they provide only billing support by email. They told me that my acc free and I cant get technical support. What kind acc I should to have to get technical support by email? and how I can get if files that I received will be available if I pay for acc

Did you try to download the video file on your computer to view it?
If you are trying to preview it in Box, please be advised that Video preview is available only to Business level Box accounts, and above. Regarding the option to submit a support ticket for technical support, this option is currently available to all our paying accounts. When you log in and select "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu you will see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team. These options will vary by customer, depending on account type, agent availability and support subscription level. Options may include submission by web form, live chat and, for Premier and Platinum Service customers, a direct phone line.
