Box iFrame integration not working
AnsweredFirst of all, I'm incredibly frustrated with Box.com's service and lack thereof. It'd be great if Box actually had customer service because this has been going on for some time and I have yet to receive any assistance. Honestly, the easier option here would be to cancel my Box account and move business to another provider.
Regardless, I'll try once more.
We've integrated box with our website to provide a file preview and download to customers for a file that's too large to host on our website. Customers are no longer able to access this file or download it, even with a Box account.
I have checked all my account settings at least a dozen times and yet it still does not work. The preview/download was integrated into our website by professionals, so I do not know why (and neither do they) it still does not work. Will someone please reach out to me to help?

Hi Aaron,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
Regarding product Support, when you log in to your account and select "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu you will see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team. These options will vary by customer, depending on account type, agent availability and support subscription level. Options may include submission by web form, live chat and, for Premier and Platinum Service customers, a direct phone line.
These options are not available to individuals with Free Box account, however the community would be happy to help.
If you are interested in upgrading your account, you can see available plans and reach out to our Sales team here.
Have you checked out this article about Creating Box Embed Widget: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695434-Create-a-Box-Embed-Widget
- The native Embed widget respects all settings applied in shared link settings. This includes "Link Expiration," "Password Protection," and "Allow Download."
- To adjust the expiration date and password of the embed widget, you must adjust the settings in shared link settings. Shared link settings directly affect embed widget settings.
- The Box Embed Widget is not optimized for mobile browsers. You should not use it in Web experiences designed for mobile devices.
- The Embed Widget may not load on your website if third party cookies are blocked in the browser or if "Allow cross-website tracking" is not enabled on mobile browser.
This might be relevant to your next steps.
Hope it helps!
