Files not showing up on Box Drive
CompletedMy Box is up-to-date. I've refreshed several folders, restarted, quit Box and restarted, logged out of Box and restarted, but the files I see listed in the browser view ARE NOT there for me in the finder view, however do show up for for my colleagues. This is a huge problem—if I don't see the files there, could I accidentally overwrite some files as I work? I'll need to grab the files from the browser view where I CAN see them, and create a separate location to do my work. Then I guess move the files over. Very cumbersome and disruptive to workflow for large teams, especially on a tight turn around and needing to access files and work quickly. This issue really needs to be resolved!
