    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    This message doesn't always pertain to the storage quota of the person uploading to Box. You can get this message if you upload to a folder owned by a user whose Box storage has been maxed out.

    You're likely receiving this message for the same reason, the owner of the folder where you are uploading no longer have enough storage so you will have to reach out the folder owner to let them know so they can free up spaces for new uploads.
