    Are you not able to see these files when logging in to your Box account?

    I suggest that you login using the correct Box credentials through this link. https://app.box.com/login

    Go to your "All Files" page.

    If you believe that there are files missing from your Box account, or if you've deleted files by accident, there are a few ways you can recover them. 

    When a file is deleted, both the person who deleted the item and the owner of the item will be able to retrieve it from their trash. The Trash is located under Account Settings > Trash.

    All of the above has been done / but no files appear "One folder is gone"

    Need to get into a deeper knowledge of why Its gone. The other folders are there, but not the one, with all my private documentation. And its quite hard to get in contact with the support of this? Is it a Technical issue, or a license issue?

    The folder is really needed - With the share of all of the documents spared for archiving of my posted, scanned, Saved private matters
