Can't reset my password

    If you are having issue resetting the password of your company Box account, we suggest reaching out to your internal helpdesk or IT department to help look into the issue. If your company uses SSO to access Box, your internal helpdesk maybe able to help reset your account password so you can access your corporate Box.

    If they need assistance from Box Support, they can always submit a ticket on this page (you need to have a paid subscription to Box in order to access the submit a ticket option and other support channels) on your behalf and the team will be happy to investigate.

    We no longer have Box internally. I wonder if the old profile is holding me up and preventing me from changing the password.
