New user not able to receive confirmation email
CompletedHello Team,
We have an individual account with Box. We added a new user to one of the folders and when he is trying to access it, he is getting a message that the confirmation email has been sent to his email address; however he does not receive that confirmation email. He checked his Junk folder and it's not there either. Please let me know what information you need to be able to look into the issue for me.
