Can't choose files for download

I used to be able to select the files/folders I need to download by holding shift or ctrl. now it doesn't work. try it for yourself. ctrl+a also not choose files/folders on page.

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help. 

    In the webapp CTRL+A selects all the files in the "All Files" tab. To individually choose which file/folder to download click on the ellipsis (3 dots).

    This does not address the change of functionality that has occurred in the last couple of days where multiple files cannot be selected in search results by any method.
