    Hello, I suffer from a similar problem. I have almost 3GB data in my folder. But the box says I have reached to the 10GB limit and cannot upload anything. Thanks for your help in advance.

    I have been trying to contact support for several weeks because I also have the wrong space count on my account, in fact there are 32gb out of 50gb occupied, but there is no data, is it possible to cancel all the space?? thank you
