Box only showing me partial documents
AnsweredHi, I'm working with a company that has sent me an request to share on Box. In Nov. I accepted the share and have some files that I can see. In December, another person from the same company sent to my one email an accept invite and they have different folders that I should be able to see. When I log into box, I can only see the folders from the original representative. I'm not able to see the folders that I should be able to access from the December request/invite to Box. Any suggestions?

One of the following might be true:
1.) If this was a shared folder then if so, the owner of the folder could have removed your access to the content. In this case you’ll need to contact the folder owner and ask to be re-invited. This person will need to re-invite you to the folder using the email address associated with your Box Account.
2.) The files in question have been already emptied from the trash. Trash content on Box can be manually or automatically removed, depending on the settings for the enterprise for the managed user.
3.) The files you’re looking for were never uploaded to Box.com. The content in question could have been uploaded to a different Box account or service, or a problem might have occurred during the upload, resulting in these files not making it to your account as expected.
