I have been invited to a collaborated folder on Box by a colleague of mine.
Upon receiving the invite link via email, I signed up successfully using my work email account and reached a page where I would have to verify the email address.
It says that the confirmation email has been sent to my work email account, but I get no emails from Box.
Tried multiple times, but the same results every time.
Checked the Junk folder, no firewall restrictions for Box.
Can I get some help here, please?
