Unable to add external collaborators to folder
CompletedWe have an Enterprise account, which is supposed to include unlimited external collaborators. Since a week ago, when trying to add additional external collaborators to a folder that we've been adding collaborators to for years, we get this error message: "Something went wrong with your request. Please try to invite collaborators again." If we remove some existing collaborators, we are then able to add some back in. But eventually, the error message comes back, suggesting there is in fact a limit to the number of external collaborators, either account-wide or on a per folder basis.
What do we need to do in order to increase or remove this cap or limit?
