Box Sync on Mac does not scan for new files when screensaver is on
AnsweredI am running Box Sync on a Mac that I use regularly as a server: I ssh into it from other computers and run heavy calculations on it that produce output files in the Box Sync folder, which should then get synced to Box. However, if the screensaver is on, Box Sync never scans for new files, and so they don't get synced until I either (1) drive over to the office and wiggle the mouse to turn off the screensaver, or (2) VNC in and wiggle the mouse virtually. The computer is certainly not asleep, given that it's actively working, just the screensaver is on. Is there either a setting (on the OS or Box Sync) to change this behaviour, or is there a way I can prod Box Sync from the command line to tell it to scan for files and sync?
