    Mac Computer, in the menu bar BOX app is greyed out. I can't right click in the menu bar to get a pull down menu. I have deleted the application and reinstalled but have the same problem... any advice?

    Have you tried to restart your Mac computer yet? If you haven't, can you try this first and see if that helps?
