Change of Administrator

I hope this email finds you well. Our dear colleague Daniel Impertro and owner of our Box account has left fischerAppelt. So his email address will probably be deactivated within the following days. However, we are using the platform as a team and still need access to our files and data as we need to share them constantly with our contacts.
Would it be possible that we change the account details? From [personal information--redacted] to our team address [personal information--redacted]? Or is it possible to add an account that allows us to synchronize the existing data so that nothing will be lost? In this case we ensure that everyone has access at all times even though a team member should leave the company :)
