    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Please be advised that only you, the account owner may change the email address associated with your Box account.

    In order to change the Primary email address on your Box, you would just need to link your new email as an additional email and then you'll have the option to make it the Primary email of your account once verified.

    Here's how:

    1. Go to the user's profile (Initials)
    2. Click Account Settings
    2. Under Account tab, scroll down and find the following settings:

    • Click Link Personal Email.
    • Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
    • An email verification will be sent to the new address you entered. Click the verification link sent to your new the email to confirm.
    • Once your new email is linked and verified, you will have the option to "Make it Primary".
    • After making your new email address your primary, you will then be able to remove the old email address.
