Cannot og in from Thailand, but can from UK VPN

I am unable to login from my home in Thailand, but can by using a UK VPN - how can I get back to normal

  We have previously seen this error happen when Box is being blocked by your network or ISP. Could you work with your IT team and ISP to ensure traffic is able to reach Box. This support article may be of use: Configuring A Firewall For Box Applications
