About administrator transfer in Starter plan
CompletedI am under a Starter plan contract, but I would like to transfer administrator privileges.
After selecting the user from [Management Console] → [Users and Groups] and [Change Account Administrator], the administrator will receive an email
"Please confirm the transfer of administrator privileges for the Box account", but " When I go to the "Confirm transfer" link,
it says "You do not have permission to confirm this admin transfer.
Unable to confirm admin transfer. Log out, log in as an administrator, and try again. " is displayed, and the administrator cannot be transferred.
The same display appears even when logged in as an administrator and when logged out.
