log files sent to box
AnsweredI was asked to send my log files to Box. Then I got a message to establish a support case. So that is what I am trying to do. I don't know exactly how to go about that. I don't know that I am having problems with Box, but computer said something wasn't right and asked to send the log files. What is my next step?

I don't have screen shots of the messages. I got a message that said I had a box problem and that I should upload the log files. I clicked ok. Then the next morning I got a message that said the log files had been sent and that I needed to start a customer support service call so that my problems could be resolved. But, I don't know that I am having box problems. I just did what box was telling me to do. I have no additional box error messages, etc. Maybe it's all for naught.

Hi Rock,
Was there any recent updates on the Box Drive app or on your computer system? Base on your above statement, it sounds like your Box Drive may have crashed?
Can you try and restart your computer and see if you encounter the same issue/ error again or if you are able to work with Box Drive with no issues? Can you also check if you make any changes on your files in Box Drive, if they are syncing to Box.com (Box Webapp)?
Best,
