Email Conflict
CompletedHi guys,
I am asking for my friend.
We set up a Box account for him using his Gmail address (let's call it "old one").
Unfortunately that Gmail address is incorrect as his name is missing 1 letter. We fixed it, the admin girl added that missing letter to his new correct email address.
Here's the issue. Somehow, when we're trying to set up the Box account with the new Gmail, it's stuck at the activation stage where the Box website says "Please log in to your Gmail to activate" but we've never received any activation email to the new Gmail. We're stuck here.
I think the system just got confused between the old one and the new one.
How can I deal with this? Please help, much appreciated.
