    Hello, I can no longer access my (Email Redacted) account. When resetting the password, I don't get the email. How can I do?

    Hi Teodoro,

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    It looks like your email address, was placed on our bounced email list. This typically happens when a user's email client repeatedly hard bounces our emails back to our server. 

    I've manually removed your email from this list, so you should now be receiving emails from Box.

    It's possible that emails may bounce back to Box again. You may need to loop in your IT department to assist you; please take a look at this help article:
