JEFS Justice Enterprise File Sharing
AnsweredI am a private bankruptcy trustee who has been asked to share files with the Office of the United States Trustee of the Department of Justice via Justice Enterprise File Sharing (JEFS). I set up the Box account as requested but cannot set up two-factor authentication for shared folder access without purchasing an upgrade. It was my understanding that a purchase would not be required for this purpose. How do I set up two-factor authentication without a purchase.

You are correct. Setting up Two-factor authentication is available to all types of account in Box including the Personal Free plan.

Hi Gary,
The invitation to collaborate can only be sent by the owner of the folder you wish to be part of OR by another collaborator with an editor or co-owner access to the folder.
Kindly reach out to the person who is supposed to invite you or the owner of the content you wish to be part of. They can follow this article on how to send you the invitation: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696854-Inviting-Collaborators
