Downloading or viewing PDF Files
AnsweredHi, I can not view or download PDF files. I have downloaded box tools, when I try to open PDF file it says "launching application", then "Opening from Box" but then "Unable to open" comes up.

Have you tried re-installing the application? Uninstall Box Edit and install it back.
To isolate the issue, please answer the following questions:
- Does this happen in one browser, or all?
- Is it happening to anyone else in the office or on the network?
- Is it happening on all machines?
- If you switch networks, is the problem fixed?
- Do you have any proxies on their network?
- Do you meet the system requirements to use Box Edit?
- Is your environment configured to use Box Apps?
- If you download the file manually first, are then then able to open the file in the correct program?
