    Hi Desmond,

    Have you tried re-installing the application? Uninstall Box Edit and install it back. 

    To isolate the issue, please answer the following questions:

    1. Does this happen in one browser, or all?
    2. Is it happening to anyone else in the office or on the network?
    3. Is it happening on all machines?
    4. If you switch networks, is the problem fixed?
    5. Do you have any proxies on their network?
    6. Do you meet the system requirements to use Box Edit?
    7. Is your environment configured to use Box Apps?
    8. If you download the file manually first, are then then able to open the file in the correct program?
