Extremely Slow Syncing - Box Drive
AnsweredI am noticing very slow syncing between devices. File shows that it is uploaded on Box website right away, but it takes 30 minutes atleast to show up on multiple devices in Box Drive. I am testing small files 8kb, same issue

To confirm, have you tried to connect your devices to a different wifi/network to see if that makes any difference with Box Drive's performance?
Also, can you make sure that you have the latest version of Box Drive on your computer?

Yes, I tried it on a different network. The issue is also happening with different users with multiple devices on different networks.
I am also noticing that even after a day, Box drive has not synced with was on the Box website. This is more than a small delay
Everyone is running Box Drive Version 2.30.87

This is also a huge issue within my organization. Files usually update immediately on the website, but BoxDrive takes hours to sync. I often use both my laptop and desktop at the same time for different tasks, but the impossibly slow sync between devices is a major issue. This obviously has an impact when trying to collaborate with other team members as well.
This is very clearly a common issue experienced by a large majority of users and should be properly investigated and improved on the Box dev side.
