Unable to install box drive

    I didn't install Box Sync. However, Box drive cannot be installed.

    I followed your opinion, but it didn't work out in the end. The same phenomenon is repeated. I couldn't install the box drive.

    Can you let us know what computer and Windows OS are you trying to install and run Box Drive into?

    Thanks for sharing this, it looks like you are using a supported Windows OS.

    However from the screenshot you shared above, and the behavior you described, it could be a settings on your computer that is preventing the Box installation.

    This seems an isolated case on your device and it might be best to check and try reaching out to Microsoft customer support to further check on this with you.
