Sync issues
AnsweredEveryone in our company is experiencing sync issues, we do not see things in real time, files are not updating in real time. This is very impactful. How do we get this resolved.

Here are a couple steps I'd like you to try first to help me isolate the issue:

Second, logout and log back in to your Box Sync tool.
