Refund Request
CompletedI subscribed to the trial version of Box business and canceled it before the term day. I thought it was a successful attempt but now I still got charged. Due to some technical issues with my card, fortunately, the payment didn't come through. I didn't use the service for any day and don't want to continue the subscription further. Could you help me with this and please let me know the procedure to cancel the payment from my side? Thank you a lot!
