iPhone frozen syncing for 3 days
AnsweredI am using the Box widget in an iPhone SE last firmware and seems frozen as it is "Synching" for 3 days now.
It is stuck in a video while there are many pictures waiting for it to synch.
Is there any way to skip it, cancel or whatever other solution to receive my pictures?
I need the pictures urgently and I cannot have access to them in any way now.

Have you tried to connect to a different WIFI/ network to see if that can improve the sync process?
If that doesn't work, can you try quitting the Box app from you iPhone SE and then start the sync your files again.
Should the issue persists, I highly recommend reaching out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this.
